We are not a bank or tech giant. We make fun games and like to make it more worth while to play them! As such our terms and conditions are quite simple...

Definitions -
WE - that's us (SQRRRL / PRIZE MINER LTD)
YOU - that's you (the Player/ User)
APP - that's the Game (SQRRRL)
PRIZES - that is anything we might giveaway for FREE to reward you
ACORNS - they are the game currency that you are hoping to win and use to play with

1. Play and Device Functionality
We cannot be responsible for issues beyond our control specifically but not limited to the functionality of your device when using our App. If for any reason your device causes any play or prize award challenges that result in play or reward failure we are unable to take responsibility for such an event.
2. Prize Availability
All prizes detailed are subject to availability and my be substituted at anytime.

3. Prize Awarding
Our prize store system automatically awards any detailed prizes to the relevantly placed player at point of scoreboard scrub which is every 24 hours.
Prizes are typically awarded to the top 3 players in each 24 hour period.
Prizes are given to lower placing players from time to time.
Prizes are detailed in the Rewards section of the APP and can be claimed via the Claim Rewards button.
Awarded Voucher Codes will remain in the Rewards section for your reference.
Voucher Codes must be claimed within 1-month of winning.
Amazon Voucher Codes are currently only redeemable on Amazon.co.uk.

4. Leader Board and Scoring
All players with a positive score will be placed on the Leader Board. The higher your score the higher you will place. To place on the Leader Board you must complete a game within a 24 hour tournament period.
The time taken to create your score is used when placing any equal scores, with the fastest scoring player placed higher.
5. Golden Acorn Use and Scoring
Players can 'Spin to Win' in each 24 hour period. The volume of spins is set per day with some zero spin days allocated. Every spin will result in either free Acorns or a Score Multiplier. The Score Multiplier will either double or triple your current score. This can result in a higher place on the Leader Board and of course a better chance of winning a prize.

6. Acorn Cost of Play
Each new user is awarded 150 Acorns at first login. Each game requires an Acorn based entry fee which is detailed on the APP home screen. The cost of play is deducted from your Acorn stash at point of play. No Acorns will be refunded for a cancelled game.
The cost of play can change at any given time.
The Player will receive an equal number of Lives in-game to the cost of entry.

7. Free Acorns and Daily Rewards
Players will receive Daily Rewards which need to be claimed in any 24 hour period. These can include Acorns and Golden Acorns to be used at anytime.

8. Purchased Acorns
Players can purchase additional Acorns and Golden Acorns from the In-App Store. Store purchases cannot be refunded.
